These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read the Refund Policy and the Shipping Policy too — they form part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country you live in.
1. Who you are buying from

2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must be able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering you confirm this is the case.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative: colours can look different on different screens, and lighting affects how a shade appears. Our tights are sold in one size with a fit range stated on the product page — please check it before ordering.
Measurements and fit ranges are guidance, not guarantees of fit for every body.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and are the price you pay for the goods. Shipping, where it is charged, is shown separately at checkout before you pay.
Import duties and local taxes are not included — see the Shipping Policy.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order that has already been placed and confirmed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you if that happens.
5. Multi-pair offers and bundles
We sometimes offer a lower price per pair when you buy more than one pair, and we sometimes run offers where buying a set quantity gets you additional pairs at no extra cost.
Where such an offer is shown, the single-pair price displayed is our genuine, ordinary selling price for one pair, and the offer is a real reduction against it. The discount is applied automatically in the cart; no code is needed unless we say so.
Offers cannot be combined with each other unless we state otherwise, and they apply only while they are displayed on the product page.
6. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if we identify a pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot ship to your address. If we cancel, you get a full refund promptly and we will tell you why.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
8. Delivery, returns and refunds
See the Shipping Policy and the Refund Policy. Together with these terms they set out your delivery estimates, your cancellation and return rights, and how refunds work.
9. Reviews and customer content
Customers may leave reviews. We do not edit, delete or reorder reviews to make our rating look better, and we do not write reviews ourselves or pay anyone to write them.
Some reviews and ratings shown on our product pages were imported from the manufacturer listing for the same product rather than written by Moelly customers.
We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, or that contains personal data about someone else. By posting a review you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it on the store and in our marketing.
10. Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to use this store to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it at a scale that harms its operation, or to introduce malicious code.
11. Intellectual property
The Moelly name and logo, the text, layout, photographs and graphics on this store are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
12. Availability of the website
We try to keep the store available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.
13. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any consumer right that cannot be excluded by law in your country.
Where liability can be limited, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
14. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs action, natural events, strikes or a failure of public networks. If such an event occurs we will contact you and you may cancel your order for a full refund.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. Changes never apply retroactively to an order already placed.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you habitually reside, and it does not prevent you from bringing a claim in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.
17. Disputes
Please contact us first — nearly everything is resolved by email within a couple of days. If we cannot resolve it, consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform.
